These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, membership portal, digital communications, events, content, products, and services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing, using, registering for, or participating in any part of the Wanderlusty Woman Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform.

1. Community Standards and Member Conduct

Wanderlusty Woman is a community rooted in trust, inclusivity, safety, and mutual respect. All members agree to engage in good faith, refrain from discriminatory or abusive behavior, and respect the privacy and dignity of others. Violations of these standards may result in suspension or removal from the Platform at our sole discretion.

You are solely responsible for any content you contribute to the community, including posts, recommendations, reviews, or messages. Wanderlusty Woman does not pre-screen content submitted by members and is not liable for such content.

 

2. Travel Advice, Member Contributions, and Content Disclaimer

The content shared on the Platform, including but not limited to travel tips, destination recommendations, packing lists, safety suggestions, and wellness advice—whether authored by Wanderlusty Woman or contributed by members—is offered for general informational purposes only.

We make no guarantees about the accuracy, safety, legality, feasibility, or quality of any recommendation. Conditions and risks vary by destination and change over time.

By engaging with or acting upon any content from the Platform, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk.

 

3. Assumption of Risk

Travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to illness, injury, crime, delays, cancellation, financial loss, and acts of nature or government. By participating in the Wanderlusty Woman community, including following recommendations or traveling with members or through curated experiences, you voluntarily assume all associated risks.

4. Release and Hold Harmless Agreement

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BRNN Enterprise, LLC (dba Wanderlusty Woman), its officers, affiliates, contractors, members, event hosts, employees, and partners from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, losses, liabilities, or damages arising out of or related to:

• Your use of or reliance upon any Platform content

• Your participation in any travel, event, meetup, tour, retreat, or other activity suggested or facilitated through the Platform

• Your interactions with other members, vendors, or hosts

• Any information, products, or services received through affiliate or brand partner relationships

This includes—but is not limited to—claims of personal injury, death, property damage, financial loss, travel-related delays or disruptions, breach of contract, misrepresentation, or negligence (whether alleged or proven).

5. Affiliate and Sponsored Content Disclosure

Wanderlusty Woman may receive compensation or complimentary services through affiliate programs or brand partnerships. While we strive to recommend only products and services that align with our values, such content may be promotional in nature.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BRNN Enterprise, LLC, its affiliates, directors, contractors, employees, or licensors be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from:

• Use or misuse of the Platform

• Reliance on any content or recommendation

• Travel-related actions or inactions

• In-person or virtual community participation

• Interruptions or loss of access to the Platform

• Disputes between members

Our total liability, if any, for any claim related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. No Guarantee of Results or Experiences

Participation in the Wanderlusty Woman community does not guarantee inclusion in any specific event, promotion, or travel experience. All offerings are subject to availability and may change or be withdrawn at any time.

We make no representations or warranties regarding travel results, safety, pricing, outcomes, or personal transformation from participation.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All Platform content (excluding user-generated content) is the property of BRNN Enterprise, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado.

 

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
