Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that we do not offer refunds on shipping costs in either direction.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Exceptions/non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Try Before You Buy

All orders placed using the Try Before You Buy feature are subject to the following terms:

  1. Limited to Two (2) Items per Try Before You Buy Order: Customer may order up to two (2) Try Before You Buy items at a time. Before an additional Try Before You Buy order can be placed, all items in the prior Try Before You Buy order must be: 1) purchased and paid for in full, or 2) fully processed as a return. Additional Try Before You Buy orders placed before these conditions have been met will be canceled.
  2. Credit Card Authorization: There will be an authorization hold on Customer’s credit card for the total amount due at the time the Try Before You Buy order is placed by Customer. Items in the order that are not part of the Try Before You Buy trial will be charged immediately. 
  3. Pre-Trial Period: Once a Try Before You Buy order is placed, there will be a trial period of up to seven (7) days to allow adequate time for Customer to receive the Try Before You Buy items.
  4. Trial Period: Customer’s Trial Period is seven (7) days. Customer’s Trial Period begins once the order is marked “Delivered” by the shipping company or after the Pre-Trial Period ends, whichever comes first. If the order has not been delivered by 5 PM Central on the last day of the Pre-trial Period, contact Wanderlusty Woman at Hello@WanderlustyWoman.com.
  5. Agree to Purchase Items: Customer agrees to purchase all items kept after the Try Before You Buy trial period and Customer’s card authorization will be processed for the total amount due. All items purchased through the Try Before You Buy trial are final sale.
  6. Returns: If Customer wishes to return any of the items in the Try Before You Buy order, Customer must request a return shipping label by emailing Hello@WanderlustyWoman.com before 5 PM Central on Day 7 of the Trial Period. If Day 7 of the Trial Period falls on a weekend or holiday, the request must be made by 10 AM Central Time on the next business day. Returned Items must be received by the shipping company within two (2) days of the Trial Period ending. 
  7. Failure to Return: Failure to request a return during the Trial Period or deliver returned items to the shipping company within two (2) days following the Trial Period will be subject to the “Agree to Purchase” conditions above and will result in automatic charges to Customer for the total amount due. Try Before You Buy Items kept past these conditions are subject to the final sale policy.
  8. Condition of Returned Items: Customer agrees to return Try Before You Buy items in new condition, as they were received. If rips, tears, stains, removed tags, or other damage is discovered upon return of Try Before You Buy trial items, Customer will be charged the full amount due for the item. If Try Before You Buy items arrive with defects or damage, Customer must report such damages, including photos, to Hello@WanderlustyWoman.com immediately upon receipt of item(s).
  9. Release of Authorized Funds: For any returned items, the authorized funds will be released by Wanderlusty Woman to Customer within 1 business day of the processed return. It may take longer for Customer’s financial institution to make the released funds available. 
  10. Failure to Complete Payment: If, for any reason, BRNN Enterprise, LLC, dba Wanderlusty Woman, is unable to receive the amount due from the customer via the authorization hold funds, Customer is responsible for submitting complete payment immediately. Failure to do so may result in legal action and reference of the debt to a collection agency, and BRNN Enterprise, LLC, dba Wanderlusty Woman, will be entitled to recover all associated fees, including those of legal or collection agencies.

Return

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to.
