By accessing or using the Wanderlusty Woman platform or by participating in any trip, event, or travel experience organized, facilitated, or recommended by BRNN Enterprise, LLC (dba Wanderlusty Woman), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Acknowledgment of Travel Uncertainty

Travel is inherently unpredictable and subject to a variety of unforeseen disruptions and risks. These may include, but are not limited to, airline delays or cancellations, accommodation closures, changes in government regulations, weather-related incidents, labor strikes, civil unrest, public health emergencies, or other force majeure events.

You understand and agree that Wanderlusty Woman cannot guarantee the uninterrupted delivery of any travel experience or itinerary and shall not be held liable for changes, cancellations, or disruptions that arise from circumstances beyond its control.

2. Member Responsibilities and Recommended Protections

Wanderlusty Woman strongly recommends that all members and participants take proactive steps to protect themselves from travel-related risks by doing the following:

• Purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including medical, cancellation, and trip interruption coverage.

• Use credit cards with travel protection benefits to make bookings and secure reservations.

• When possible, book directly with airlines, hotels, or official travel providers to maintain full access to change or cancellation policies.
  
  

By choosing not to follow these recommendations, you acknowledge that you are assuming full responsibility for any financial loss, inconvenience, or disruption that may occur. Wanderlusty Woman shall not be liable for any expenses, delays, or damages resulting from such choices.

3. Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel and participation in activities organized or suggested by Wanderlusty Woman. You further agree to release, waive, and hold harmless BRNN Enterprise, LLC, its affiliates, agents, contractors, employees, and community members from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or liability, including those arising from negligence, relating to any loss, injury, delay, or inconvenience sustained in connection with your participation.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Missed or canceled flights
• Lodging or vendor closures
• Financial losses due to third-party service disruptions
• Health-related issues or emergencies
• Personal or property damage incurred during travel

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BRNN Enterprise, LLC disclaims all liability for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in travel or community experiences. No refunds or compensations will be issued for cancellations or disruptions caused by external or force majeure events.
